well know Gastronomic region in France.
La Ferme Couderc is located 40 km from AGEN & Bergerac and 12 km from Villeneuve,
10 km from Cancon and 8 km from Casseneuil.

"La Ferme Couderc" village is located on hilly meadows. It consists of various buildings in stone (most dating from the 16th century) as “la Grange”, “le Four à Prunes”,” le Cellier”, “le Chai”, “la Bergerie”,” la Maison”.... Comfortable and user-friendly, living spaces with patio, barbecue, and some closed garden.
For small and large relaxation you share on the spot: the swimming pool heated with solarium (open from April to October), activities (football, volleyball, “Petanque”) games, trampoline, the playroom with tennis table and baby-foot, space shape with SPA, steam room and sauna ,pens with Shetland ponies and baby goats stations land as well as the farmyard. Don’t forget that we are at the heart of sunny orchards with the famous “Prune d'Ente” becomes after drying AGEN prune, but also to the Kingdom of breeding ducks where “foie gras”, Magret, “Garbure” ....that you can enjoy with family and friends.
